Event Trainee (M/F)

Paris - 5 months internship

Key tasks / responsabilities :
As a member of the Event & Sponsorship team, your role is to participate in the operational development of our events program increasing the Corporation's visibility at a national and international level for external targets and internally (in house events).

Your key tasks are the following :
-Ensure all events are successfully supported relating to facilities
-Regularly work with external contractors, e.g. set-build /production crews and event hosts
-Collaborate with internal counterparts, facility management teams, event coordinators based in Champagne and Cognac
-Assist with the coordination and booking for internal and external events
-Liaise with the internal clients to coordinate all aspects of their event, from planning meetings through to the actual event, keeping them updated on all developments and proactively actioning requests
-As required, will support events at off-site locations
-Provides support for meetings, conference room and hosting reservations, as needed

Profile :
Educated in a management school, you have a previous experience (as a trainee) of working in a fast-paced and multi-national organization in a hands-on role.
Endorsing our corporate's values is sorely needed.
Wine and spirits sensibility and/or a luxury experience will be appreciated.
