Job Description

The purpose of this role is to analyse Supply Chain costs, including COGs and MOVE across Eastern Europe and to support decision making via the preparation of insightful reporting and presentations in addition to performance analysis. The scope included planning and forecasting as well.

Main accountabilies:

·  Provide a consolidated view of monthly COGs and MOVE costs, per BU and per Category, in addition to analysis of performance drivers and variance to AOP/ Forecast
·  Support the preparation of the COGs AOP and forecasts by providing harmonized templates to the BU teams and managing the overall planning process
·  Prepare insightful PBR and AOP/Forecast presentations with clear cause of change analyses and explanations of key variances, including risks and opportunities.
·  Interact closely with Centre Of Excellence/Central Reporting Team to determine reporting needs of the SCF planning team
·  Work closely with Procurement to understand raw material trends and provide regular overviews to BU
·  Carry out ad-hoc analyses & financial modeling to support decision making in the BUs and categories
·  Guard the harmonized reporting policies and framework execution, across all BUs
·  Support design of system solutions to facilitate the reporting framework
·  Identify areas for harmonization and improvement across BU COGs and MOVE processes

Qualifications/Requirements

·  At least 3 years of experience in Finance Planning, Accounting or Operations Finance within a dynamic, fast-paced international business environment
·  Exposure to supply chain or manufacturing finance processes would be beneficial
·  High functional knowledge of Office tools and ERP systems
·  Ease at working with stakeholders at different levels within the organization and with a virtual team
·  Strong analytical skills, passion for details
·  Very good interpersonal and communication skills
·  Ability to meet deadlines; great organization skills
·  Self-starter able to work autonomously without close supervision
·  Excellent English
·  Matrix organization: work effectively in the context of a new, virtual team with manager based in another location
·  Balance competing stakeholder requirements
·  Different systems and ways of working between markets
