Poste et missions:
- To prepare samples for flavor analysis
- To set up new flavor extraction methods
- To implement GC-MS olfactometry on different food products related to bakery, patisserie and chocolate
- Maintain laboratory equipment and facilities
- be involved in research projects to bring expertise in the domain
- Data collection, interpretation, reporting and presentation of results
- Demonstrate a consistently high level of quality of work
- Utilize problem solving/trouble shooting skills
Profil:
- Bachelor degree in Analytical Chemistry, Life Science or a related discipline
- Good knowledge on SPME-GC-MS
- Affinity with bakery, patisserie and chocolate
- Ability to follow research protocols with attention to details
- Strong organization and record keeping capability
- Self-starter with the capacity to be proactive
- Result driven with a positive mindset
- Curiosity, creativity and open-mindedness
- Strong team spirit to work in cross-functional teams
- Consensus building capabilities
- Strong work ethic
- Fluent in written and spoken English
