Internship Sustainability

Constellium has issued already 2 sustainability reports and is in the process of building the new one for date of issue in May 2015. Constellium is also taking some further steps to improve its sustainability performance. We believe that this process can be greatly helped by an intern.The intern will coordinate with the sustainability council and its members, along with many other persons of the group and interface with the communication agency.He/She will ensure that data are collected properly, that they are valid and on time to feed the report, provide the agency with examples and supporting evidence which will be then used for the report writing.In the initial phase of the project, he/she will participate and provide input as regard the lay out of the report.His/her role, with the progression of the project, will also cover the reading/amending/proofreading of texts, graphs provided by the agency, up to the final publishing phase. The report includes specific reporting standards such as GRI or UNGC which will need to be incorporated as well.Parallel to that, the intern will work on 2 additional fundamental topics: defining a GHG emission reduction target taking into account the specificities of our positioning in the value chain; strengthening the sustainability of our supply chain. Native or Fluent EnglishExcellent communication skills, as this role is highly transversal and interacting with a large community.Good project management abilities. Ability to challenge data and explanations.Well organized, managing deadlines.Interest for sustainability topics and if possible knowledge of recognized standards (CDP, GRI, UNGC etc).
