Customer Service Specialist (Beauty / Skin Care)

Pai is growing its team of Customer Service Gurus.

We are looking to recruit Customer Service Beauty / Skin Care Specialists to work at our office in West London.

You are the first point of contact for our valued and future customers guiding them through any skin care questions and resolving order enquiries efficiently.
We are looking for great problem solvers who are happy and confident taking decisions on the best way to resolve customer issues.

If you’re comfortable working in a fast paced environment and consider yourself an empathetic person that is highly driven and passionate about skin care or beauty then this might be the perfect job for you!

Pai's Customer Service Team aims to be there to answer queries on phone, chat and email 7 days a week. Our customers aren’t just in London or Paris – you will be helping people from LA to Shanghai.

Shift based early / late hours, bank holidays & weekend work will be required with homeworking available for some shifts.

Profil recherché

Key Skills:

Good IT skills ideally with some Zendesk experience. (Full training provided.)
Experience working across various communication channels including chat, social media, phone and email
Excellent written and spoken English. Additional languages would be helpful.
Experience working in a customer service or transferrable skills via a beauty or skin care role.
