·  Helps in resourcing new employee online programs
·  Negotiate new deals with suppliers; finalize the documentation of the deal and announcement
·  Update the suppliers database
·  Help with the assigned online Wellness program activities, plans and supplier deals to provide the needed activities

about you

·  Perfect communication and negotiation skills.
·  Active and extrovert person.
·  Preferably worked on college fund raising campaigns. 
·  Fluent English both spoken and written.
·  Detailed and process oriented.
·  Flexibility in dealing with people with diverse working styles.
·  Minimum knowledge of using spread sheets and reports.
·  Updated with the corporate employee benefits and new trends
·  Innovative and smart in coming up with new programs and ideas that could serve the employee experience and engagement
