about the role

·  Accountable for the on-time and error-free implementation of designated VPN.
·  Meet or exceed the targets set by the management with regards to: Customer Satisfaction, Change Management efficiency, Quality of 1st time change implementation.
·  Provide expert support to Pre-sales and Project Managers on VPN change Management requests on case-by-case basis.
·  Specify with the customer and internal requestor the acceptance testing procedures for complex VPN changes.
·  Perform router configuration, activation and acceptance testing.
·  Properly document the VPN design and make it available to the operational entities.
·  Escalate issues to respective team leader.
·  Meet goals and objectives set by team leader.
·  Lead the weekly lean briefs to brainstorm on complex issues and act as technical referent to validate high level design.
·  Use all forms of training provided by Orange to be up-to-date with existing and new services and technologies.
·  Drive continuous improvements initiatives for the CMRM community.
·  Participate actively in delivering trainings to all staff with local PD&L (Train The Trainer network).
·  Identify technical training needs for VPO staff and organize regular workshops to keep the team up-to-date with new technologies.
