about the role

To perform problem management ( KEDB, Trend analysis, root cause analysis) and Levell-3 support on Cisco IPT service to customers.

To Analyse & contribute end to end voice problems resolution, 24x7 across all underlying infrastructure/ technologies by providing high level of technical support.

To timely execute complex changes on IPT solution.

Issue adhoc trend analysis reports, issue/follow-up on Service Improvement Plan and issue recommendations. Maintain Problem Management DB.

about you

 

Qualified in Cisco product suites, CUCM, voice gateway.

Qualified on Network, LAN/WAN topologies and protocols

Qualified on Voice protocols ( H323, MGCP, SIP,)

Ability to carefully plan and co-ordinate work according to a demanding time schedule

Strong knowledge of Cisco Voice Gateways, SIP/H.323/MGCP

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate in a multi-cultural and cross-functional organisation.

Good office automation and PC literacy skills.

Exceptional networking/communications background.

Service oriented, customer focused, and have the ability to resolve complex - problems through a calculated and methodical approach.

 

Engineering degree in telecommunication or Equivalent

Formal certifications (i.e.CCVP, CCIE-voice)
