Job description

about the role

Responsibilities of the role:

To update the course registration system with internal and in-house (external vendors) training course dates, and maintain course outlines for in-house (external vendors) training courses

To handle employee training enquiries and requests

To update training records in the appropriate tools (participant attendance, training session evaluations, etc)

To Raise purchase orders for training and track approval

To Track in-house (external vendors) training costs for re-charging purposes

To assist the Regional Training Manager with marketing and promotional material (Regional TCoE Newsletter, etc)

To manage Centra sessions for the Region

To provide user support for SkillSoft (SmartForce) queries

To produce specific regional training reports as required

To ensure that training records are updated for global reporting and provide regional data to Central Administration for consolidation

To participate in the continual improvement of working procedures

about you

min 3 years expecrience with similar role

experiecne in training organization, delivery of learning activities

active English langueage knowledge

Strong Excel and Word skills

Knowledge of Powerpoint

Good internet skills

Knowledge of administrative and training tools is an asset (Lotus Notes, PIMS, Centra, SkillSoft, etc)

Excellent organisational skills

Meticulous attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work without supervision

additional information

base salary from 1,400 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience
