about the role
Cairo Center responsibilities:
Perform 1st and 2nd level support for all corporate enduser during business hours. Control 1st and 2nd level support via contracted service supplier during off bussiness hours. Manage 3rd level support via service suppliers and vendors. Support for onsite video conference and Telepresence equipment. Support the administration of mobile phones within Egypt. Perform call logging for the Cairo PABX’s and ensure best call flow under cost, quality and MSC management objectives.
