To do risk assessment of all the changes. To do dual validation for

Significant Impact Changes.To prepare Fullback configuration guidelines for all

the changes.

To take post-test after implementation.

Provide error free layer 2 configurations along with Right first and On

time.

Support LDM and FE during the installation,Troubleshoot for any L2

error.

Supervise the smooth progress of the installation/Migration from L2

Scope.

Take full ownership and accountability of layer 2 configuration

Clear and single authority and ownership for the layer 2 configuration

and troubleshooting.

To update the Mediatus database with all change records

Meet configuration and planning requests.

about you

Skill set

Customer Centric approach.

Willingness to learn and expand knowledge with strong focus on soft

Skills.

Good Understanding of layer 2 Technologies- ATM and Frame Relay

Good Team Player

CCNA certification required.

additional information

Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Sciences or any

professional degree.

Nortel Certification preferred

1-3 year of Experience in physical layer/Frame-relay/ATM/IP

technologies.

Knowledge of protocol like FR, ATM.
