about the role
Act as technical expert on Identity and access management technologies
Maintain & Manage Office 365 / Windows Azure and IAM services to ensure immediate remediation of the reported issues and achieve required
Design , implement and manage identity synchronization, single sign-on (SSO), role based access control (RABC) and Privileged Identity & Access Management
Investigate, analyze and solve IAM issues
Work with Global IT support groups, OEMs, vendors, partners and service providers
Provide training to operations team (L1/L2)
Learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technology products
about you
Experience in Identity and access management technologies
Rich Hands on proven experience of implementing & Managing of Secure Auditable Identity Management Products such as Microsoft Identity Management 2016, Privileged Access Management, Azure SSO, Multifactor authentication & just in time authentication
In depth knowledge of LDAP & ADDS Concepts & its Troubleshooting
Excellent Troubleshooting, analyzing & managing the critical Incidents, Problem tickets with out of the box thought process for IAM Products
Excellent script writing skills with PowerShell and vBA scripts for operational tasks, for automation and reporting
Experience in designing POA for complex Change/Project.
Good knowledge in preparing RFO, RCA’s, documentation, Knowledge Bank.
Ability to communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writing
Proven ability to document technical information for training, technical operations run books, and knowledgebase
Proven ability to create technical design documentation using MS Visio
Strong analytical skills for solving technical issues, isolation of application / network performance / server / storage issues
Proven ability to work cross functional with application, network, security and workplace teams
Strong understanding of all current technologies and ability to ramp quickly on emerging technologies
Proven ability to work on multi-vendor network, security, compute and virtualization technologies

Microsoft Forefront Identity & Access Management, Configuring Certification
Microsoft Office 365 certification/ MCSA / MCSE
Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions
ITIL certification – would be an advantage
