Job description

about the role

·  Create workflows, wireframes, style guides, templates and other elements of making explicit the functional and systems core of a product’s design, across all relevant channels and devices (web, mobile apps and if needed ad hoc softwares)
·  Ensure multi-devices (PCs, tablets, smartphones) multi-OS (Apple, Android, Microsoft, RIM, proprietary)and cross channels (portal, mobile apps) usability and consistency. Is expert in responsive design / multi-platforms design
·  Develop new approaches to complex design problems and convey these designs in the form of presentations, prototypes, and design specifications
·  Develop guidelines to build a best in class Customer experience
·  Interface with the Portal team and Technology to bring the Voice of the Customer, propose new ways to enhance the Customer experience
·  Develop deep customer insights using quantitative and qualitative data (usage, customer flows, visited pages, crashes, satisfaction, complaints) to support recommended improvements and represents the Voice of the Customer inside the company
·  Conduct or request regular content and functional analysis/test of product, service  and channels to ensure accuracy and relevancy of current functionality
·  Lead or participate to testing through focus groups or other means of testing
·  Lead cross-functional team efforts to identify, design, and deliver improvements at different customer touch points, either for new or existing products, offers and customer journey
·  Monitor constantly current and new online and mobile trends
·  Support management and the different stakeholders of the company involved in digital channels activity with his/her deep understanding of CX stakes and underlying technologies
·  Develop and disseminate understanding of our performance and the one from our competitors: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and differences

about you

·  University degree in Marketing, Engineering, Ergonomics, Design
·  Minimum 3 years of experience in the domain of UX/UI design of digital channels
·  Experience in product design, Web development

·  Very good English and Arabic
·  Highly innovative and able to design a user interface for cutting edge applications across devices when no comparable examples exist in the market
·  Ensure user interfaces implemented are trendy, up to date versus the competition and the market and are clear enough for the customer
·  An eye for creating simple, easy-to-use interfaces for applications with a rich and complex set of features
·  Able to deliver interactive mockups to further illustrate requirements
·  Strong knowledge of interaction design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to web/wap/mobile apps/ussd products
·  Ability to understand customer needs, motivations and behaviours and translate them into actionable deliverables
·  Detail-oriented and highly developed organizational skills, ability to oversee projects from inception to delivery
·  Strong analytical and quantitative skills
·  Excellent time-management and multi-tasking
·  Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
·  Ability to build effective relationships with commercial/product/technical teams and content creators/talent
·  Software: Knowledge in design software like Axure, Visio, Xmind,Adobe photoshop and illustrator
·  Languages: html, java, javascript
·  General knowledge of the telecommunication market
·  Excellent communications skills and a strong team player
