about the role

To implement and deliver (Build) managed security services essentially on Flexible Security Platform, based on Fortinet technologies. The later is a Cloud based offer marketed by Orange Cyber Defense (OCD) to global customers.

The mains tasks can be summarized as follows

Be the main point of contact for the customer and the commercial team

Obtain the overall picture of the customer’s needs

Devise a project plan to implement the service as per the customer requirements

Advise the customer on the formalization of his security policy

Follow the standard recommended by Engineering team during the implementation of the solution

Document the Customer Operating Guide (COG) for the benefit of the RUN team

Organize and lead regular meetings to update all stakeholders including customer on the progress of the project

about you

Handing over of new service

Implement new security services

Provide quality documentation of implemented solutions

Document and Publish new customer operating guides

Devise and follow up on implementation plans

 

Customer and Relationship management

Provide appropriate solution, information or incident resolution actions to the customer

Regular follow up with Level 3 teams and commercial teams

 

Self-Development

Increase competency level via self-assessment, and active participation to trainings

Achieve relevant certification on products or technologies to better support the line of business

 

Technical management

Provide technical support as Subject Matter Expert for customers

troubleshooting and diagnosing problems reported by our customers leading to effective and efficient problem resolution to meet requirements of Service Level Agreements and contractual commitments to customer in exceptional cases

validate and apply changes, application configuration or architecture, as requested by the customer or by Engineering teams

when required, participate to migrations/upgrades and provide technical support as Subject Matter Expert for Orange's Managed security services

Bilingual – English & French written and spoken

Knowledge:

Very good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching)

Very good understanding of Security Concepts & technologies

Multi domain technical skills with one or more of the following:

Firewalls (CheckPoint, Juniper, ZScaler)

Unified Defence (Fortinet)

Proxy (Bluecoat & Cisco Ironport)

IPS, IDP (Juniper, McAfee)

URL filtering software (Bluecoat Webfilter, Cisco Web Security)

Load balancer (BigIP F5)

Abilities:

Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills

Evaluate technical risks at each step on the Build process

Good time management, and organizational skills

Team work, uses a team approach to solve problem when appropriate

Ability to build relationships with peers and management levels and customers

Ability to argument, defend a point of view and influence customer

Experience in handling crisis

Proactive, self-motivated and determined attitude

Ability to work under pressure & multi-task

Quick and precise understanding of customer architecture

Keep up to date on new security technologies
