Job description

Drive the renewal of Oracle's contracts to existing customers.

Responsible for timely renewals for small to medium-sized customers in assigned territory. Educate customers on business practices and any associated contractual implications. Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable elements of Oracle's portfolio. Meet productivity expectations on outbound calls for renewals. Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals. Identify and transfer leads to sales representatives for top-tier opportunities. Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in territory.

2-5 years experience in sales or related area. Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.

Job summary

The Support Renewal Sales Representative will be responsible for selling the existing Oracle support services, generating new opportunities for business growth, preparing competitive analysis, building and maintaining a strong relationship with the designated customers and stakeholders. He/she is also responsible for timely renewals for small /medium sized customers in assigned territory and to solve all of their queries and requests related to ongoing current contracts.

Roles and responsabilities

1. Accurately forecasts business targets and opportunities in territory and provide constant updates on status and necessary steps in
closing deals.
2. Achieve quarterly and yearly forecast and sales target for the assigned territory
3. Generate new business by turning leads and growth opportunities into revenue
4. Sell Oracle's services over the phone and ensure retention and customer's satisfaction
5. Establish relationships and work efficiently via multiple teams and lines of business(i.e local country team, Account Manager, Collections, Migrations, Sales, etc) to ensure sales target achievement and customer satisfaction
6. Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle Premier Support Services, products portfolio, industry trends and competitors offerings
7. Operate in line with Oracle business processes and procedures and educate the customers accordingly
8. Promptly handles and solves customer objections and complaints
9. Prepare correct sales orders and renewal offers
10. Develop account plans and strategies for assigned customers
11. Accountable for timely service renewals for small/medium sized customers in assigned territories
12. Fulfilling any additional work related tasks as instructed by the direct manager, according to the role activity and agreed timelines in the
department.


Experience


At least 2 years experience in sales/telesales and customer service preferably in IT Hardware and Software.

Education

Highschool and preferably finalized university studies

1. Excellent communication skills in English
2. Excellent writting and verbal skills in one of the following languages Serbian, Croatian, Bulgarian.
3. Energetic and dynamic team player with excellent verbal, written communication and negotiation skills
4. Sales affinity including competitiveness, customer care, win-win attitude
5. Ability to work in a high pressured, dynamic and challenging environment
6. Strong objection handling abilities
7. Proficient with Microsoft office package
8. Excellent problem solving and results orientated skills
