Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure.

As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.

TITLE: Principal Oracle DBA – Oracle Cloud Computing

LOCATION: Pleasanton, CA or Orlando, FL or Redwood City, CA or willing to relocate to the area

Join OMCS (Oracle Managed Cloud Services) “X-TEAM”! We are a highly skilled group of DBAs and solution architects. We drive DB Migration strategy to Oracle Cloud, provide automation and operational compliance.

Responsibilities:
·  Experience with Oracle Database RAC, ASM, Data Guard, Golden Gate and Performance tuning
·  Experience with Enterprise Manager for monitoring and administering mission critical databases
·  Experience with e-Business Application DBA with understanding for e-Business technology stack of 11i, 12,1,x & 12.2.x
·  Experience with e-Business & Technology patching and upgrades.
·  Experience in any Unix shell script, Perl script and Python
·  Expertise in backup and recovery and migration using RMAN, datapump and export/import
·  Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Exadata operations (patching, upgrades, node addition, storage cell addition and storage configuration)
·  Working knowledge with Curl, Docker Containers
·  Extensive knowledge in DB migrations (Commodity to Cloud)
·  RAC/GRID Control knowledge is essential (install, upgrade, tuning)
·  Working towards, adopting and contributing to new processes and tools (diagnostic methodology, healtchecks, scripting tools, etc.)
·  Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware Technologies including Weblogic, IDM-OID,OAM,OIF,DIP, SOA,BIP integration with e-Business TITLE: Principal Oracle DBA – Oracle Cloud Computing
