An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Role
Our consulting organisation in France consists of more than 140 dedicated Consultants, Subject Matter Experts, Architects and Project Managers.
We now want to further improve our leadership position on Oracle CRM Cloud by hiring additional Consultants (senior level) and Architects in France for cloud projects (hybrid or pure SaaS).

Your Responsibilities

·  Lead our customers through all phases of the implementation project lifecycle
·  Guide business stakeholders through workshops and help them defining solutions that meet their objectives – be the advocate for their business needs
·  Engage closely with our offshore team in India
·  Work on Bid management and presales activities

Your Profile

·  Fluency in French, good level of English
·  Successful track record as Functional CRM Consultant or Architect in the area of Marketing Cloud/Marketing Automation tools
·  Market knowledge about the main CRM solutions
·  Ability to work in a matrix organisation with virtual teams
·  Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus.
·  Flexibility to travel
·  Certifications are a plus (e.g. Oracle or CRM competitors)
