Job description

Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 5 years of related experience. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.

Job Summary

· As part of the Growth and Emerging Business Team (GEB), the Partner Shared Service Team supports Channel and Account Management Representatives by ensuring partner seamless process collaboration. Develop and maintain relationships with Japan and Asia Pacific counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Channel standards.

Duties and Tasks

• Monitor and attend to the predefined KPIs, email/call requests from the growth and emerging business team

• Effectively communicate with partner sales reps and managers with minimal supervision.

• Facilitate Booking New Business and Upsell deals for Growth and Emerging Business Team

• Facilitate Demo Account Provisioning for Channel Partners

• Facilitate Provisioning and Updating of New Partner Access for Channel Partners

• Facilitate Provisioning Request to Sales Operations

• Facilitate Sales Order Approvals for Growth and Emerging Business Team

• Independently create searches/KPIs/Alerts to answer questions and investigate concerns.

• Facilitate Audit Report Requisition to Sales Operations

• Proactively identify areas where Shared Service Team is needed.

• Continuous self-initiative learning of internal pricing and policies

Technical Skills

· NetSuite CRM Knowledge. Preferred Microsoft Excel Experience Preferred.
