Job description

Develops courseware to support new and existing products, often though not exclusively in conjunction with Product Division.

Coordinate and evaluate development contributions from other courseware development team members. Develop certification questions for use in the Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) exams. Solicit and incorporate feedback from reviews and training events. Deliver training at train-the-trainer and pilot events.

Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Bachelor*s Degree in Computer Science or Instructional Design. Two years technical or professional experience using Oracle products or related software. Strong SQL and PL/SQL knowledge and experience. Knowledge of XML, Java, and J2EE technologies. Experience with Oracle9i Database administration. Knowledge of Oracle9i Application server.

NetSuite Oracle Graduate Program - Curriculum Development Associate

Curriculum Development Associates participate in an initial three to six-month enablement program focused on building product knowledge and curriculum development proficiency through training and development. You will learn first–hand how to design, develop, and maintain curriculums for all NetSuite training courses as well as integrating new product releases and instructor feedback into existing courseware. The Curriculum Developer has a strategic role in designing and developing new courses to meet the needs of NetSuite customers, partners, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

·  Developing courses using defined standards and course templates while applying sound Adult Learning methodology for all audiences including customers, partners, and employees
·  Developing and maintaining high-quality, interactive e-learning courses that combine multiple components for a positive user experience: presentations, demonstrations, simulations, activities, quizzes, job aids, and other materials as needed
·  Team with subject matter experts to gather requirements and incorporate expertise and best practices into curriculums and learning objectives
·  Provide regular project milestone status updates utilizing a structured project delivery methodology
·  Develop and maintain positive relationships with business owners, SMEs, and other stakeholders to gather best practices; incorporate expertise into learning objectives and user scenarios; and deliver knowledge transfers of updated and new courses to ensure instructors can effectively teach the material

About You

·  Minimum Bachelors Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Systems, Communications, HR, Business or Information Technology is preferred but applications are encouraged from candidates of all study disciplines as extensive job training will be provided
·  Graduated in the class of 2017 OR expecting to graduate mid year 2018 with all course requirements completed before the graduate program start date
·  We look for talented students with drive and motivation to work in the IT industry within training and education as this is a not a technical position
·  Outstanding English proficieny (verbal and written) as the operating language for NetSuite/Oracle is English
·  Multiple positions are available to start September 2018
