Job description

Intermediate-level implementation project professional who manages the relationship with client site during entire Implementation phase. Tracks and coordinates all moving pieces of the Implementation from start to end. 1st level of escalation for onsite installation team.

Manages Implementation Service deliverables throughout installation project including milestones and project schedule. Develops and maintains consistent standards for project delivery. Reviews project proposals. Confers with implementation team, management or account management to locate the appropriate parties to provide technical advice. Creates and communicates status reporting for both internal and external purposes. Manages project closure and handoff to Account Manager and Help Desk.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant roles. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications :

Our Hotel Consulting organization in JAPAC region is looking for candidates for a Project Coordinator (PC). PC is the leader of their projects with primary accountability in their hands to lead, influence and control the success of their projects.

Responsibilities:

·  Take full responsibility, accountability and lead Hotel Systems implementation projects in any scale
·  Works closely with client and project team to identify and assure delivery against key project KPI's
·  Lead the Project Start Up activities, Track and Communicate project status, plans, issues, timelines, action items, and budgets
·  Govern and control project meetings clients and internal stakeholders
·  Develop Project Plans, Schedules
·  Communicate projects status to all stakeholders (client, management, project teams)
·  Proactively look forward to anticipate issues and manage expectations, internally and externally.
·  Establish Project Baselines
·  Coordinate with scheduling Manager for resource allocation & scheduling
·  Should be able to provide project budget and comparison between budget and actual project revenue
·  Deliver clear project accounting results via the Oracle technologies available

Requirements:

·  Proven record in delivering implementation projects start to end with at least 3 Years of experience as project implementation lead including new and upgrade projects.
·  Experience in resource management systems, project management systems
·  Excellent understanding and operational knowledge of Hotel Vertical and implementation methodology
·  Good communicator, excellent verbal & written communication skill in English
·  Pre-empt issues to management rather than re-active to anticipate issues
·  Great interpersonal and presentation skills
·  Ability to work as part of a team, work independently on complex problems
·  Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple tasks and project deliverables.
·  Logical approach to problem solving and excellent eye for detail
·  Mathematical analysis skills to enable project cost analysis
·  Willing to travel and work on public holiday and weekends

Education and Experience Required:

·  Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
·  Project Management Certification would be highly regarded
·  Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with a software professional services organization or consulting background is preferred
·  Consulting experience
·  Microsoft Project experience
