Implementation Consultant (Hotel Solutions)

Intermediate implementation professional who analyzes customer needs, configures the solution, and installs it at the customer site.

Ensure the solution meets specifications and functions per customer specific operational work flow for multiple concepts, users, and service models. Resolve any gaps in functionality. Train the staff on the use of the new solution, and take the site live on the system after everything has been configured and everyone is trained. Ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Answer operational and application questions and consult the customer in a manner to transfer ownership of the system to the customer. After "go-live", provide technical support to the customer.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant roles. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

·  This role is within the Consulting department of Oracle Hospitality, providing our customers with professional and efficient services to implement our Hotel solutions.
·  The position includes installation and configuration activities, managers and end-users trainings, through to the customer live process and post live assistance. Those activities are performed either on premises or remotely.
·  The Consultant is a key team member for a successful project delivery and works very closely with the Project Manager. He keeps all project stakeholders informed of progress and challenges with the delivery activities on a regular basis through to successful project completion.
·  The Consultant is responsible to complete and maintain all company paperwork in a timely, accurate and efficient manner in line with the company's guidelines.
·  He would have to attend any relevant training course which is set to improve knowledge and expertise on the Oracle Hospitality solutions.
·  Approx 5 years' experience in the Hotel industry is a minimum requirement.
·  A strong experience with IT solutions implementation in the Hospitality is required, we need this person to be "Tech Savvy"
·  The position requires to be fluent bilingual French English

The position is based in Colombes – Paris – France, with possible travel in the EMEA and outside of EMEA
