Take part in implementation of designed sales incentive plan.
•Support SFE Manager by providing feedback from fieldforce for continuous improvement of the sales incentive system
•Participate in territory alignment, sales force sizing, segmentation and targeting
•Provide standart KPI reports for first line managers and sales representatives
•Provide ad-hoc analysis when necessary to sales and marketing teams based on regional sales and activities
•Recommend updates on continuous improvement of SFE reports & processes
•Responsible for the local support/ implementation of all Sales Tools
•Provide training for Field Force in the respective field of expertise

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering, MIS, Economics or Business Administration
•Max 2 years of working experience in Salesforce Effectiveness in pharmaceuticals industry,
•Proficiency in IMS applications
•Advance knowledge of MS Office applications, especially in Excel,
•A high potential with proven analytical aptitude, critical thinking and strong perceptive skills,
•Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills coupled with a proactive and can-do attitude,
•Self-starting attitude and strong desire to take on increased levels of responsibility,
•Very good command of English,
