NOVA France is looking for its next Sales Director and Business Developer to develop the commercial activities as right-hand of our Country Manager in a fast moving environment by:
- Enhancing Client Retention & Acquisition – Create and maintain personal relationships with top-level executives in HR and Employer Branding within Start-ups & mid-sized firms & CAC40 firms
- Designing and experimenting new products – understand the complexities of top-talent attraction, education and retention and the different challenges that top-tier companies face around them
- Participating in defining our French strategy for business development & Ideating and organizing events – for & with our members and partners
- Direct reporting to Nova Global Team and Country Manager of Nova France
Profil recherché
- Demonstrated leadership through a start-up experience or project management and team leadership within a large company
- Demonstrated capacities in Sales & Business development – quick understanding and adaptation to clients’ needs
- Demonstrated capacities in strategy planning, along with great communications skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and “doer attitude”, capable of dealing with multitasking
- Formation BAC+5 in Business/Engineering/HR : Double culture – be it academic or cultural – is a very strong plus
- Fluency in French & English is mandatory
