We're currently looking for a GEC Shared Services Analyst join our team in Franklin, TN.

Job Functions

·  Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data through rigorous testing.
·  Review and analyze records and performance indicators to locate and correct data errors.
·  Conduct complete analysis of all executive comp data elements, identifying key fields, data sources, and common themes. Assist with data clean up strategy and initiatives.
·  Create custom reports for designated regions in support of GEC mission
·  Support the implementation of solutions that scale and streamline data collection globally. Support reviews with stakeholders to ensure agreement on system data principles. Standardize data parameters Document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards. Devise flow charts and diagrams describing logical operational steps of programs. Analyze impact of system changes to global executive compensation processes as it relates to dedicated region Participate in process improvement and strategy exercises
·  Serve as liaison for regions and Franklin GEC NNA Minimum Qualifications

·  Workday experience required including but not limited to Human Capital Management, Advanced Comp, Business Processes Fundamentals, Workday Reporting
·  Ability to manage sensitive data with professional discretion
·  Experience with operational processes to support data collection and data integrity
·  Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
·  Analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings
·  Excellent written and verbal communication
·  Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.
·  Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or other business-related field. Preferred Experience managing data in a large system
·  Experience with human resources analytics and data entry1 – 3 years of related experience
·  Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility rules.
