Position Title
Strategic Workforce Planning Apprenticeeship/Traineeship
Mission and Main Objectives
Support the regional HRStrategic Workforce Planning & Reportingteam in reporting tasks for Europe & the new HR IS system (Workday) enhancement.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
· Data collection & consolidation from regional entities related to headcount & labour cost
· Providing specific monthly headcount reports based on management/functional needs
· Preparing various ad-hoc headcount reports bases on the HR system data
· HR system (Workday) data quality review & follow-up with local entity HR teams
· Running standard reports from the HR system & analysis of the data
· Review of approval processes in HR system
· Support of the new global HR system implementation with system testing & development and reporting enhancement
· Support the team with other upcoming activities
Additional Tasks and responsibilities (include team management, if any)
· Ongoing studies preferably in HR/Economics/Finance/Administration
· Interest in the reporting side of HR
· Accuracy, attention to details is essential
· Reliable & persistent, with can-do attitude
· Strong learning ability & motivation for developing processes
· Ability to manage & contain confidential / sensitive employee related information
· Ability to communicate across cultures, as the role requires working with local HR teams across Europe, as well as with regional & global Nissan teams
· Advanced Excel skills
· Fluency in English
