We're currently looking for an Application Integration Senior Analyst to join our Nissan Canada Finance IS team in Mississauga, ON .

Summary:

·  Co-ordinates the initiation, assessment, approval and status of all project requests submitted to vendor partners.
·  Assist the IS team's effort to monitor service levels, contract compliance, and research and escalate deviations to appropriate levels.
·  Assists the business unit in justifying projects, by participating in the investment decision process to ensure that the IS initiatives are aligned to the business priorities.
·  Actively participates in application or technology development projects.
·  Assist in overseeing projects ensuring they stay on track with defined initiatives. As necessary, performs any other relevant duties to aid in the success of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge:

·  Bachelor's degree with advanced technical degree preferred.
·  Minimum 8 years' experience within technical specialization; Possess knowledge of application integration between cloud based solutions, COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) products, enterprise and legacy mainframe platforms
·  Work with Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects and business owners to lead in Application integration & testing
·  Manage integration projects from start to end and ensure they meet business requirements
·  Standardize integration on existing processes
·  Evaluate the results of integration projects against bench marks
·  Knowledge about secure transmissions, digital certificates and application architecture
·  Expertise on WebSphere, Java/JEE, .NET, SOA messaging and frameworks
·  Expertise on event driven systems, orchestration and ESB
·  Knowledge on SAML, REST, WSDL, SOAP, XSLT
·  Integration Load & stress testing
·  The Application Integration Analyst must have the communication skills and the ability to understand technical issues and provide resolutions to management and peers in their area of expertise.

·  Strong interpersonal skills to work with end users, as well as with other analysts, programmers, and other systems professionals in a culturally diverse environment.
·  Effective communication skills that promote the establishment of partnerships with service providers.
Decision-Making and Impact:

·  Ability to establish deliverables and detail customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders and service providers in order to establish the deliverables for the service providers, using requirement-gathering techniques (e.g., planning sessions, brainstorming, focus groups).
·  Ability to implement approved actions and workarounds with vendors minimizing risk.
·  Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team performance.
·  Occasional project related travel & extended working hours
