Position Title

Production Planning Coordinator

Mission and Main Objectives

·  Ensure the vehicle supply to the market by developing the appropriate production plan with Sales function and Plants.
·  Make sure the plant production capacity and major parts availability in BP process and establish the monthly production plan through Monthly Process.
·  Support reforecasting and BP activities.
·  Support stock optimization activities

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

·  Take responsibility for supporting plant production sites
·  Supply Planning - Alignment of Production, Inventory, MSR, Parts Supply
·  Production Performance Management
·  Event Planning
·  Support Sales Activities
·  Ordering System Management
·  Support stock target and BP planning
·  Reporting, KPI Management & Communication
