Product Intelligence Coordinator

Main Tasks & Responsibilities
--> Manage upstream product research projects, including studies such as: unmet needs, target analysis, target Insight, home product placement, USP development, concept testing, and attractive quality target setting.
--> Manage product and communication clinics projects, where future models are quantitatively compared to their competitive set
- Design of request for proposals (including methodology and sample structure definition).
- Agency selection process.
- Design of questionnaires and guides, fieldwork monitoring in countries surveyed to ensure quality of data collection,analysis, charting and report preparation.
- Reporting research findings to internal clients and executives.
- Managing local vendors to guarantee quality, cost and timing.
- Manage vehicle procurement and specification, ensuring tested vehicles match client needs.
- Administrative activities related to market research function.
--> Conduct any ad hoc research necessary to support key business needs.
--> Communicate proactively with internal constituents including: planning, loyalty, customer quality & dealer network development, aftersales, marketing operations, brand, marketing, communication, quality brand management.
--> Communicate proactively with external constituents including advertising agency, media agency and research firms.
--> Collect brief from internal stakeholders.

Background & Experience
- We are looking for a candidate with 3 years proven experience working with surveys, and a master's degree. Your English is fluent.
- Knowledge of Customer Satisfaction Survey Study (CSS) or knowledge of new car customer studies will be appreciated but is not mandatory.
- You are innovation oriented and thrilled by the idea of working with one of the most competitive car manufacturers.
