Position Title
Product Intelligence Coordinator
Mission and Main Objectives
Support Nissan Europe team:
• Manage upstream product research projects, including (but not limited to) studies such as: Unmet needs, Target analysis, Target Insight, Home product placement, USP development, Concept testing, and Attractive quality target setting
• Manage Product and Communication Clinics projects, where future models are quantitatively compared to their competitive set
o Design of request for proposals (including methodology and sample structure definition)
o Agency selection process (using RNPO guidelines)
o Design of questionnaires and guides
o Fieldwork monitoring in countries surveyed to ensure quality of data collection
o Analysis, charting and report preparation
o Reporting research findings to internal clients and executives
o Managing local vendors to guarantee quality, cost and timing
o Manage vehicle procurement and specification, ensuring tested vehicles match client needs
o Manage individual project budgets
o Administrative activities related to market research function
• Conduct any ad hoc research necessary to support key business needs. Examples of such projects include: loyalty, electric vehicle, financing needs, or motorshow research.
• Communicate proactively with internal constituents including corporate planning, Advanced Planning, Loyalty, CQ-DND (Customer Quality & Dealer Network Development), Aftersales, Marketing Operations, Brand, RBU's (Regional Business Unit), CMM (Chief Marketing Manager), MARCOMS, Nissan Motor Limited, AY0 and Quality Brand Management
•Communicate proactively with external constituents including advertising agency, media agency and research firms
•Collect brief from internal stakeholders or from Nissan Motor Limited stakeholders
•Presentation of results to all line of managements
