Position Title
Pricing Trainee - Marketing Operations
Mission and Main Objectives
'Under Manager supervision, the Marketing Operations pricing trainee is a support for the department, in compliance with the MO pricing objective which is to optimize the competitive positioning of Nissan Models in the European market in line with the product strategy
• Support MO in the preparation of Management reporting
• Transaction price analysis
• Positioning analysis
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
'Support the pricing team on the following subjects:
- Implementation and roll out of digital pricing tool (current in excel environment > needs to move online)
- Provide market intelligence on pricing positioning (VIVA), market incentives and transfer price (TPVIVA) to his manager, CMM's and RBU's
- Ensure prices (retail, transfer and transaction) strategic approach and accurate delivery (pricing files, positioning) at each product life cycle milestone and at each pricing event (task, tax changes)
- Support CMM's at each product pricing milestone and lifecycle (Contract, PCMPP, MPR,) on competitive analysis
- Analyze and manage product competitiveness, ensure deliverables production and propose countermeasure to RBU's and CMM's
