Position Title

Nissan Customer Way Apprentice/trainee

Mission and Main Objectives

Support the roll out of Nissan Customer Way workshops within Europe in all Sales and Marketing function
Report status of roll out and support development of wave 2

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Phase 1:

·  In relation with HR, list the Nissan S&M staff due to take part in Nissan Customer Way workshops
·  Send invitations, reminders, link to Cornerstone for people to register in the sessions
·  Coordinate with external coach dates and location of workshop (can be in other European locations)
·  Report back participants satisfaction level
Phase 2:

·  Secure RBU visibility of program. Will need to organise VC with RBU CARE General Managers
·  Coordinate with Coach the roll out of Workshop #1 at RBU Management Committee level
·  Support reporting RBU sessions
Phase 3:

·  Contributes to making proposal to develop a Wave 2 to Nissan Customer Way for Nissan Automotive Europe S&M Staff
