NGPE - IS/IT Business Analyst Graduate

Upon successful graduation from the NGPE, it is envisaged you will return to your home location where you will start a new chapter in your Nissan journey.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Mission & main responsibilities

Support Sales & Marketing IS in capturing, analyzing and documenting Connected Vehicle and Digital Business Requirements and facilitating their translation into robust technical system specifications.

Main tasks & responsibilities

·  Interface with Global and Regional Business stakeholders to translate connected vehicle and digital needs into Business Requirements
·  Storyboard business needs to illustrate business requirements to internal and external stakeholders
·  Identify and analyze the touch points between Connected Vehicle, digital and customer journey project portfolio
·  Level business needs against roadmaps for Digital, customer journey and Connected Vehicle IS
·  Support the translation of Business Requirement into functional and non-functional System Requirements
·  Support the test team by providing a clear understanding of system requirements during the definition of tests scenarios

Background & Experience

- Current graduate or recent graduate with 1-2 years of career experience from leaving University
- Degree in a technical or business subject
- Fluent English
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinker

Specific Technical Skills

·  Communicates fluently and convincingly, both in written and verbally as well as through major reports and presentations using appropriate tools and techniques
·  Knowledge about Sales & Marketing business processes, Connected vehicle tendencies, customer life cycle and digital technologies
·  High level of curiosity for identifying evolving state-of the art technologies and future trends
·  Experience within complex, cross functional projects and multi-faceted environments (i.e. S&M, Dealer network, Engineering, Telematics)
·  Ability to quickly understand context and content in many different technical domains (e.g. Digital, Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, R&D) as well as their touch points and impact on customer journey steps
