We are looking for a IS SAP Finance & Controlling Business Analyst

Position based in Montigny Le Bretonneux, France

Mission and Main Objectives

·  In the NE (Nissan Europe) IS Systems of Record Software Factory, the business analyst is responsible for the functional design and delivery of IS finance & controlling systems for NE Entities
·  Develops functional design specifications, produces deliverables related to the project(s) assigned, coordinates implementation with third parties and assists in post implementation support and system enhancements

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

·  Analyses the business requirements expressed by the business team, translates them into functional/technical specifications and coordinates their implementation with third party suppliers
·  Takes ownership of solution design, control documentation provided by third party and align with IT strategies and enterprise architecture standards
·  Ensure that solution build meets business requirements and quality against NE IS/IT standards including testing strategy, execution and documentation.
·  Participates to project meeting reviews and gives status progress for the scope in charge
·  Respects costs, timescales and resources planned. Alerts and builds action plan where these deviate from agreed tolerances
·  Provides regular and accurate report to IS business management as appropriate

Background & Experience

·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, information Systems or equivalent
·  2 to 5 year experience in information systems, in SAP international implementation projects or multi-cultural environment
·  Fluent in English
·  Automotive industry background is a plus

Specific Technical Skills

·  SAP R/3 FI-CO with Profitability Analysis (PA) knowledge
·  Understanding the system landscape, architecture & SDLC
·  Good understanding of the software development process including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/ technologies, release/version control, testing and deployment
·  Project management skills and tools
·  Experience with RICEF, Idocs management
·  PI/XI knowledge is a plus

Soft skills

·  Ability to understand and learn technical frameworks on different systems of record applications
·  Good organisational and analytical skills
·  Ability to build effective partnerships with business stakeholders, suppliers and 3rd parties : flexibility, customer and service oriented, communication skills
