We are looking for an IS Sales and After Sales systems Junior Business Analyst.

The position is based in Montigny Le Bretonneux, France

Main mission and objectives :

The sales and after sales system of differentiation Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering project business analysis in the Software Factory on operational tasks like functional analysis, estimation, review of deliverables and testing on strategic Dealer & national sales entities facing applications.

He/she will help to launch Nissan specific tools / initiatives in the digital and customer centric transformation program of Nissan.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assist in workshops to gather requirements and document the functionality clearly
• Should work with developers, design teams, and operational teams to clarify requirements
• Support projects closure by preparing transition of delivered projects to running mode with Service Delivery teams
• Document acceptance criteria with the Business teams
• Going beyond standard duties and responsibilities by spending time with other teams to understand the complexity of change requests/requirements that could impact time to market
• Support Project manager by reporting / helping to organize the project

• 0-1 year relevant work experience after graduation
• You must be authorized and eligible to work freely in the EU
• Understanding of basic relations with integration, architecture, data management partners
