We are looking for a Dealer Operations Business Analyst

Mission and Main Objectives
·  In the Nissan Europe (NE) Information Systems (IS) Software Factory, the Dealer Operations Business Analyst is in charge of analysing implementing, testing and deploying the changes submitted by business teams around the Dealer facing systems
·  She/ He analyses the business requirements expressed by the business team, translates them into Functional/technical requirements and coordinates their implementation

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

·  Run workshops, gather requirements and be able to translate these into documented criteria and identify potential gaps in requirements or system limitations; be able to provide alternative solutions to help solve the business problem identified
·  Take ownership of scope, control documentation, and be able to work with developers, design teams, and operational teams to clarify requirements
·  Ensure that developers are producing technical designs that meet the requirements detailed and the quality delivered maintained against expected NE IS and architectural standards, including the documentation and implementation of unit tests and scripts
·  Spends time with other teams to help them understand the nature and complexity of change requests/requirements that could impact timelines to go to market

Background & Experience

·  Fluent in English
·  Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
·  2 years minimum experience in Dealer Operations or Dealer Management Systems as Business analyst
·  Automotive industry background is a plus

Specific Technical Skills

·  Knowledge around Dealer Network Management and Dealer Operations
·  Should be conversant with technology / solutions like Siebel, SFDC, HTML5, PHP and Java
·  Understand the system landscape, architecture & SDLC
·  Translate Business requirements/user stories into Functional needs
·  Conduct project in Agile methodology
·  Good understanding of integrations between Dealer systems and legacy platforms
·  Good understanding of the application development process including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/ technologies, release/version control, testing and deployment
·  Project management skills
Soft skills

·  Ability to understand technical frameworks and architecture implemented on different Nissan applications
·  Strong organizational and time management skills
·  Good understanding of automotive industry is a plus
·  Proven ability to meet goals in dynamic, fast changing environment
·  Good written and verbal communication skills
