We are looking for an IS Data Integration Architect
Mission and main objectives
As a member of the Enterprise Information architecture team, you will be responsible for the Data design of the Data integration Architecture.
The Data integration Architect will be in charge of the IS alignment on the Business strategy:
• Assess the as-is of your scope (data model, flow, services, DQ, semantics)
• Understand and translate business needs into data models supporting long-term solutions
• Take over the enterprise data model based on to-be, requirements, principles and models
• Analyzing impact on AS-IS and give advices to EA team and Businesses
• Enriching the Enterprise Architecture repository
This role will be fits into a business transformation program (Realize 2020) focusing on data management.
The Data integration architect will be involved in a breakthrough Data transformation, especially on data governance (Business glossary, Data dictionary, Meta data), for Master Data Management, reference data management, Business intelligence, Big data, data integration
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
• Work closely with customers & others architects to capture & analyze business needs & strategic information requirements
• Identifies the gaps between the To-Be and As-Is Data (based on top down and bottom up analysis) and work with architects to develop plans for moving toward the future state
• Leading the data modeling works and deliverables of projects in a context of a high diversity, legacy and new major data program (involving a complex Data Governance and information lifecycle)
• Leading the enterprise Data Model to ensure the global vision and coherence of data
• Work closely with MDM / DQM architect and BI architect to ensure the overall coherence of the enterprise information architecture and mode
Focusing on:
• Enterprise Data Model
• Information catalog (Metadata management, information life cycle, business information catalog)
• Conceptual and logical subject area models, Business object lifecycle
• Conceptual Data model and entity model (ensuring to reduce redundancy)
• Data quality rules and process (Standardization, profiling etc.)
• Data migration
• Enterprise integration and Enterprise Data Hub Pattern (design data flow)
• Emerging industry related standards to determine their impact on Data models.

Background & Experience
• A Master's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Or equivalent project-related experience
• Good knowledge of businesses via the Data viewpoint such as data modeling, data quality BI, MDM, Supply chain, manufacturing, sales & marketing, digital into a complex industry like NISSAN
• At least 3 years in Enterprise Architecture focus on enterprise Data modeling, data quality or past experiences in implementing and managing enterprise data management (MDM, BI, data integration) program
• Experiences in automotive industry or equivalent
• Experiences in a relevant enterprise architecture framework (TOGAF) or data framework such as DAMA
Minimum Education Required
Masters Degree
Specific Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge in Data modeling (Enterprise data model, data flow model, pivot table, conceptual data model, entities, data dictionary…)
• Strong Knowledge of Market Standards models (Automotive industry or others)
• Ability to understand and integrate data from multiple organization, domains, and activities into the Enterprise data model and enterprise Data Hub model
• Knowledge on DI transition roadmap in complex IS, such as decommissioning, business transformation, data migration and so on
• Knowledge on DI based on Informatica data governance tools, IDQ, Mega
• Extensive experience, Data governance, MDM, DQM, BI
Soft skills:
• An ability to lead projects teams members
• Flexible & Result driven, good listener, open-minded approach
• Experiences working through several architectural layers (Business, data, Application, infrastructure)
• Able to travel frequently in Europe
