The Internal Communications team's job is to inform, inspire and engage Nissan employees. The Internal Communication Coordinator for Brand & Product has a key role to play in doing this, by helping to ensure that our people know and understand our products, feel inspired by them and engage with them, as well as our brand and our promise of Innovation that Excites for Everyone.
The coordinator should deliver high quality internal communications including content development and deployment with focus on regional Brand and Product campaigns across
Europe.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Areas of responsibility:
1- BRAND & PRODUCT
· Driving clarity within our brand to deliver loyalty and desirability among our people. Ensuring the narrative of our brand is effectively communicated in all of our Internal Communications activities.
· Promoting, driving and delivering brand activations, such as creating and executing regional product campaigns in the most exciting and engaging way possible to employees across Europe.
· Driving awareness around key new pan-European marketing campaigns, giving our employees exclusive access to the message, creative and strategy behind them.
2- CONTENT CREATION & EXECUTION: KEY CONTENT PRODUCER
· Developing and delivering content plans to create excitement and engagement around our products and services for the internal audience.
· Management of regional editorial calendar, liaising with NE departments and global HQ (NML) on content creation, curation and execution.
· App content creation, management and coordination with entities. Best practice content sharing on Nissan Insider mobile w/ IC network.
· Main point of contact for all Brand and Product related communications across Europe.
3- MAIN TASKS
Brand & Product strategy and communications:
· Develop communications plans for cascading key brand and product campaigns and projects regionally.
· Create new and innovative campaigns based on each key product in our portfolio.
· Write, produce and create copy for internal channels.
· Create messaging and bespoke content for employee communications: Podcasts, videos, infographics (dynamic) and leadership messages, meetings, speeches, Q&As (traditional).
· Set up feedback loops on communications effectiveness via surveys, focus groups.
· Analyze and make recommendations.
· Provide strategic input, guidelines and support to line managers in their communications role.
Other tasks:
Work closely with the RBUs to develop and roll out Brand & Product campaigns in their entities.
Perform other duties as required with guidance from the Manager.

Background & Experience
Bilingual with strong writing and editing skills.
Experienced writer with a flair for creativity and language.
Ability to multi-task.
Previous experience in Communications, PR & Social Media a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
SharePoint user.
Excellent planning and organizational skills, attention to detail and quality a must.
Must be ready to work in a fast-paced, challenging, international environment in the automotive industry.
Proactive and enthusiastic approach; ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business; strong team-player required
Awareness of and interest in the portfolio of Nissan brands (Nissan, Infiniti and Datsun), Nissan's main competitors and the broader automotive industry a plus.
