Nissan Europe's goal is to become the most desirable Asian car brand in the region. Human Resources has been identified as a core organizational capability and strategic enabler to achieve this goal. That is why we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner Coordinator.
As part of the RH Business partner team for Nissan European Operational HUB, the main mission of the HR Business Partner is to deliver all HR operations and processes, ensuring Nissan Automotive Europe SAS employees' motivation and engagement, focusing in the scope of responsibility. He/she should have a clear understanding of the organization's business objectives to be able to select, develop and retain people. He/she is the owner of HR related processes, in contact with employees and managers, in order to ensure business continuity.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
The HR Business Partner ensures all yearly cycles of Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Training and Resource Planning for Nissan Automotive Europe SAS are managed correctly for respective functional scope within Nissan Automotive Europe procedures and policies:
· Manage the recruitment plan for the support functions through the web based tool and new recruitment channels (LinkedIn), anticipating needs when possible.
· Be HR Business partner contact & employees career support: career interviews, individual development plans, internal mobility and interentities moves follow-up. Organize Local Career Committees & Succession planning for respective function (logistics, preparation of career data, update of succession planning).
· Ensure proper Appraisal process: coordinate & support the appraisal calibration process and the yearly full appraisal cycle (objectives settings, mid-term review & end of year review) and support managers and employees to ensure qualitative appraisal process.
· Manage Performance Premium and Merit Increase: preparation of salary increase data, coordination and consolidation of salary review meetings for Nissan Automotive Europe SAS employees up to Manager level.
· Coordinate Training activity: Internal training plan elaboration and follow-up Take the ownership on transversal HR projects & improvement of existing processes Manage projects and ad hoc requests coming from any employee or manager.
