Position Title

HR Strategy & Projects Trainee

Mission and Main Objectives

Support the regional HR Strategy team in all ongoing projects for the HR transformation: Employees' satisfaction surveys, top employers best practices, benchmark among Nissan entities inside and outside European Region (18 entities across 24 countries).
Duration: 18 months

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

·  As Nissan is engaged in transforming its workplace aligned with its ambitious business goals, some projects are being conducted to improve HR practices. You will support the following tasks related to those projects:
·  Follow up and support implementation of action plans in European Region
·  Nissan benchmark within Europe as well as outside
·  Benchmark of top employers best practices
·  Organization of related projects events (HR conferences, workshops, etc)
·  Preparation of presentation for top management on progress

·  Employees satisfaction surveys conducted every at Nissan
·  Support with survey preparation & administration
·  Support with survey reporting & results distribution
·  Follow up on action plan design with each European entity
3. Other ad-hoc activities

·  Performance management related reports

Background & Experience

·  Studies preferably in HR/Economics/Finance/Administration
·  Interest in International HR Management area as well as in the Business in general
·  Accuracy, attention to details
·  Reliable & persistent, with can-do attitude
·  Strong learning ability & motivation for developing processes
·  Ability to manage & contain confidential / sensitive information
·  Ability to communicate across cultures, as the role requires working with local HR teams across Europe, as well as with regional & global Nissan teams
·  Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
·  Fluent in English
