Position Title

Events and Media Trainee

Mission and Main Objectives

Transversal Buyer Support for Media, Advertising, Sponsorship, Events and Communication Procurement Commodities
Work to support the RNPO central buyers covering:

·  Media, advertising purchasing activities
·  Events sponsoring & motor shows purchasing activities including UEFA champions League
·  Sponsorship activities & procurements services

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Support:

·  The regional Nissan purchasing network in Purchasing these commodities
·  Central RNPO process and procedures implementation. ( RFI/RFP/RFQ & performance follow up)
·  Vendor management process: compliance with the framework agreement, follow on the Supplier's savings commitment, participate on the action plan and market focus
·  New Prorex Purchase order system system Analyze/report:

·  Suppliers capability , spend & financial performance
·  Sourcing and supplier management performance vs contractual KPI's
·  Budget optimization/ contract management status
·  Monthly Purchase savings report (performance monitoring, budget/savings forecast,) Communicate:

·  Ensure good relationship with Finance dept + budget holder to validate saving benefits
·  Anticipate, analyze and consolidate budget holders' requirements
·  Suppliers Panel Optimization
·  Purchasing Process Compliance check
·  Quality of reporting improvement
·  Budget holder's appreciation
