Merchandising / Marketing :

- Think about the merchandising tools which foreground seasonal history and products.

- Validation des directives internes avec le compte

- Follow merchandising rules given by key accounts

- Control how to put in place our policy in the stores

- If needed correct the policies.

- Performance Marketing opérations in collaboration with Sales, Operations, Brand and Digital teams

- Education of sales team about brand stories foregrounded by Nike on social networks

- Création and sharing of reportings once a week

Commercial / Analyse Business :

- Update of sports equipement distribution mapping in France

- Performance analysis mix product per market (place,product,promotions)

- Information sharing (internally and then to the account)

- Optimisation des résultats des meilleurs magasins en informant l'équipe Sales et Achats des ruptures produits et opportunités commerciales

- Specific Scorecards for the best cities in key cities

Formation :

- Brief Nike staff on the seasonal focus and relay it to the sellers

- Be a Leader about the organization of the next centralized formation
- Set a new format which can be send to the whole network

Profil recherché

- 4th/5th year of a French business school,engeneering school.

- MS Office skills(Excel)

- Eargerness to understand quickly and propose solutions

- Very Good skills in English(Toefl,toeic..)

- Eargerness for Sneakers

- Be able to move (France 70% / Office 30%)

- Knowledge of KPI and Sales,sports market eargerness
