HR Direct Europe is the HR Shared services center for Nike's European business. We support our employees across our retail stores, distribution centers and offices in all our countries in Europe. Nike strives for excellence in all its policies and practices and is working on a number of improvements in what we call our HR knowledge database. THE ROLE
• Validate knowledge database content priorities with the HR experts in our teams (e.g. HR Centers of Excellence)
• Scope the project of existing opportunities for improvement into a project plan and align with the stakeholders.
• Support the execution of the project plan while following and fine tuning the existing model of our knowledge database content ownership and maintenance process with the stakeholders. You can immediately gain operational experience to ensure that the process we build / fine tune provides a sustained way to keep it up to date, including:
• Communicate with HR COE to ensure understanding of the Content Process
• Perform weekly tracking and reporting of Content Creation milestones to key stakeholders
• Escalate missed deadlines to key stakeholders included a plan for getting back on track
• Perform analysis to determine content actions needed to meet project objectives
• Partner with Global Content Team to ensure content is submitted by pre-determined guidelines

Desired profile

• In the process of a degree in Human Resources or a related relevant study, with ambition to advance in HR or HR communications.
• Ability to make and foster relationships.
• Ability to transform a small lead into full content requirements
• Research and make recommendations to key stakeholders using documents/tools
• Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

Minimum requirements

• You must be a student during the internship (enrolled in a university/higher education institution);
• An EU passport or an EU work permit.
