Job description

The Incubate & Entertainment city manager for Berlin will be a key member of the Converse influencer marketing team, built to maintain optimal brand positioning, enhance Gold Star brand equity and stimulate consumers to purchase products. Create the demand and desirable moment for pinnacle product within the local market of innovators and early adopters.

· Lead the local influencer marketing vision from strategy to execution.
· Develop the brand strategy with market observation to find the new opportunities with influencers in the market.
· Build effective relationships with key influencers and retailers in local market.
· Actively provide consumer insight and feedback to other function/department team.
· Manage resources, projects and relationships effectively.
· Collaborate to work with other department as merchandising, sales, wholesale customers on insights

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  At least 3 years' experience in marketing and PR including influencer marketing
·  Experience in entertainment industry or lifestyle brand is preferred
·  Ability to build brands and handle multi project at all of consumers touch points (retail, digital etc)
·  Fluency in English is required
·  Strong interest in fashion, art, music, street culture and sports
·  Understand the sneaker culture and any trends in market
·  German is preferred
