The City Connect Specialist will take an entrepreneurial approach to sport and marketing with the aim to have better connections between the marketing team and young PARISIANS playing and loving sport in the city. To get to know the PARIS COMMUNITIES that are emerging, secret or simply exciting communities that no one yet knows, we need to be incredibly connected to sports communities in the neighborhoods across Paris.

Connections with the emerging Paris.

· Identify young athletes* and micro communities doing exciting things in sport in their neighborhood.
· Curate relationships: build relations with these individuals and communities and serve them with what they need to support their sporting ambitions. Ultimately helping them reach their sporting potential and raise their profiles in their boroughs.
· Network: connecting likeminded individuals & communities with each other and connecting individuals/communities to creative collaborators that can support the storytelling / awareness driving of their sporting activity.
· Insights: gather and share consumer insights from their neighborhood. Recruit participants for focus groups where required.

Tell stories to and about emerging Paris

· Identify stories of athletes* and micro communities. Inspire others to play & love sport. Feed those stories through to the category teams and creative studio team so they can be told in unreal ways.
· Work on multiple categories. Drive awareness of and/or recruit participants for Nike activations.

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Minimum requirements

·  3 years of experience working in grassroots and/or influencer marketing, in Paris.
·  Digital savvy. Fluent and strong on social platforms.
·  Strong presentation and communication skills
·  Fluent in English and French both written and verbal

Other requirements

·  Already has relationships and connection in their hood, so they're not starting from scratch. Yet not someone who will only build deeper relationships with the usual suspects. A people person.
·  A complete self-starter who will seek out opportunities independently, with a drive to affect positive change. Someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do.
·  Passion & love for the Nike brand. Face of Nike in their neighborhood. They must embody the Nike spirit and love for the brand.
·  Grounded in sport. Have an authentic connection to sport, potentially having a “lead sport”, but with a knowledge and passion for all sports.
·  Care & love for their community. Embody a passion to improve and nurture sport, athletes* and sporting communities in their local area.
