We are looking for a savvy Software Developer to join our Engineering team in Needham MA. The hire will be responsible for building new features as well as expanding and optimizing our existing suite of product architecture.
Skills & Experience Toolbox You’ll Need: ( 2-4 Years’ Experience )

BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
·
2-3 years programming in Java, Python ,Scala
·
Experience in database design, development and data modeling
·
1-2 years developing on an RDBMS such as PostgreSQL, MySQL.
·
1-2 Years Experience working with Cloud environments AWS is a plus.
·
Ability to work in a dynamic multi-team environment as well as independently
·
Experience with Spring Framework and various spring modules.
·
Experience working with SQL / NOSQL databases.
·
Excellent understanding of OO (Object-oriented) and J2EE design patterns
·
Experience with Angular and other Javascript Framework is a plus.
·
Strong experience with SCRUM methodologies.
·
Strong experience working with Git ,Jira and Confluence.
Nice to haves:
·
Familiarity with Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar data processing architectures
·
Familiarity with columnar data stores , Redshift , Presto.
·
Experience with data processing technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive/PIG, etc.
·
Experience working with Apache NIFI.
