As a member of the TA team, your administrative and recruitment support is a fundamental part of our team's efficient operations so that we can bring the best talent to Nielsen.

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be p art of a team who is passionate about delivering world-class service to our recruitment teams across the globe. . You will work directly with both internal clients (recruiters and hiring managers) and external clients (candidates and partners/vendors).

This is a great opportunity for an individual to grow their career and make a difference in a Global Organisation working to understand the importance of what consumers watch and buy.

Core Accountabilities:

-Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple locations - liaising with recruiters and hiring managers

-Organizing travel arrangements for candidates

-Initiating video interviews and screening requests

-Processing background checks

-Administering new hires ready for onboarding process

-Moving pre-selected candidates through the recruitment process and processing for hire

-Providing support to Global Mobility/Immigration team supporting Green Card processing

-Supporting recruiters with posting jobs in our Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors)

-Distributing satisfaction surveys to hiring managers and candidates

-Collating shortlists with the best talent that has applied (where useful)

Key Skills

-Interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal): proficient in English

-Strong attention to detail and project management skills

-Solid customer service, relationship management and administration skills

-1+ years of experience within talent acquisition or similar functions, intern or trainee experience work for us!

-Experience usin g SuccessFactors or other applicant tracking/database technology is a plu s
