Description

Nielsen is a leading online and television research company specializing in industry leading measurement solutions that provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of the online world.

Within the Operation department for Nielsen Buy business, we are looking for three Junior ​Client ​Liaisons to be inserted in the Drug and Food Industries department.

Junior Client ​Liaison is a figure dedicated to our most important FMCG clients which acts as mediator between clients (and the Commercial department) and the Operations department.

Junior ​Client ​Liaisons ​work in a Global context and have therefore every-day opportunities to get in touch with colleagues from different countries, having to coordinate tasks executed by teams located off-shore and collaborating​ on some special projects, out of daily activities.

Responsibilities

·  Properly translating client business needs into technical language
·  Granting quality and on-time delivery of our Marketing data following our production flow
·  Managing communication flow to the client and, at the same time, transferring client feedback internally in order to promote a constant improvement of internal processes
·  Managing day-by-day client queries, coordinating different teams
·  Supporting database maintenance.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have:

·  Bachelor degree in Stem is a must; Management Engineering address and/or Master degree (next to finalization of the academic path) are a plus
·  Fluent in English (C1/C2 level, both oral and written); school or work experience abroad is a plus;
·  Italian mothertongue;
·  Data analysis skills; good Statistical knowledge;
·  Good communication skills; ability to work in team.
·  Good Command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Powerpoint in particular).
