Global Client Liaison

SIMPLY PUT: As Global Client Liaison, you will act as an expert for all operational aspects of data production, owning the data quality and delivery to your Clients. By building and successfully managing relationships with both Clients and internal stakeholders, you will ensure Client satisfaction with all operational aspects of their Nielsen engagement. Driving projects that enable stronger profitability, product evolution and quality enhancements, will also be in scope of your contribution.

CHALLENGES THAT AWAIT YOU:

·  Manage the operational contacts and regular meetings with your clients and independently respond to clients’ delivery related queries
·  Independently coordinating database refreshes, new setups, change requests and managing stakeholders and issues through to resolution for your allocated areas (i.e. countries/categories)
·  Hold responsibility for agreed client action plans and ensure internal stakeholder engagement to achieve those
·  Own coordination of production activities with our offshore partners

YOUR PROFILE:

·  University degree
·  Minimum 1 year of client facing experience ideally within the FMCG industry is advantageous
·  Strong project management skills
·  Excellent relationship management skills; ability to build relationships with both clients and Nielsen teams in a complex matrix environment
·  Strong numerical skills
·  Excellent problem solving skills
·  Analytical mindset with strong influencing skills
·  Effective communicator in challenging situations
·  Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or equivalent software
·  Excellent business English
·  Additional spoken languages are advantageous
