Chef de Projet Digital Design Thinking - (H/F) - Bilingue Anglais

Poste et missions :

Vos missions principales sont :

• Support the business product owner & manager on key digital communications projects including digitalised factsheets, minisite integration, website enhancements:
  • Creation of user stories and epics to support the website roadmap
  • User testing
  • Creation of guidelines
  • Measuring success and reporting back to business
  • Using analytics to inform future enhancements etc.
• Ensure all enhancements are developed according to UX/UI principles:
  • Review existing digital user journeys and plan improvements
  • Measuring success and using analytics to inform future enhancements
• Spread agile mindset and methodology through these projects by educating, training and supporting the teams & the stakeholders.
• Measure and share results of above streams.

• Key internal teams interfaces :
  • Digital ; Technology ; Data ; Global & local marketing ; Client management ; Design teams ; Client group

Profil recherché

Votre profil :

Role Requirements :



Education/Qualifications/Skills/Mindset:

• Agile project management - Design thinking project management methodology, experience of agile coaching a plus
• Digital & Design UX/UI/Customer journey and ongoing innovating opportunities
• Digital marketing and communication, customer knowledge/empathy
• Fluent English, French is a plus
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Innovative, test and learn and team player mindset

Experience:

• Experienced in digital marketing communication and agile areas
• International and demanding environment
• Asset management or Financial services environment appreciated

Ability to manage and deliver a set of tasks and deadlines
