Mission:

The technology transfer engineer is responsible for transferring the results and technologies from the innovation team to the industrial world and enabling the efficiency of the pre and industrialisation of products/technologies/processes. This covers integrated product/process design, innovative processes and flexible and intelligent production systems.

Its main responsibilities are:

• promote good practices related to these technologies,
• contribute to the financial optimization of technology projects based on local specificities
• Support the specification definition of individual plants to streamline technology deployment
• enable the harmonization of products and/or production processes in a global approach during the pre-industrialization phase
• Mastering the legal constraints associated with these technology transfers, including intellectual property aspects
• coordinate and manage the monitoring of pilot tests
• provide customer support when necessary.

Project management is key to this process
Strong interpersonal skills are essential to enable him to work effectively with the different teams (and also multi-cultural/global) in order to optimize the 'time to market'.
Many business trips are to be planned.

Education : BAC + 5, Engineer or PhD

Key Competencies: Knowledge of Intellectual Property / Strong Technical Product and/or Process Requirement and Proven Results / Previous Operational Experience in the Field: industrial/marketing/engineering/ research according to the mission of the position/ result oriented / Project management/ Strong ability to embark teams to work in functional cross teams/ Leadership/ English mandatory
